Booking Rules

Full payment refund for bookings cancelled at least 3 days before arrival.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% charge.

Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following house rules are observed at all times

• No unauthorised parties or events

• Non-smoking property

• Quiet residential environment (no excessive noise)

• No commercial photography, filming, or content creation

• Only registered guests are permitted

• Maximum Occupancy: 8 Guests (including children). Infants under 2 years are exempted
