1. Can I book fewer than four bedrooms in the main house?
Yes. You can book one, two, three, or all four bedrooms. Unused rooms will remain locked to ensure privacy and fair pricing.
2. Will I have exclusive use of the home?
Yes. When you book the main house, you have exclusive use of the home apart from any bedroom that is not covered in the booking, which will be locked.
3. Are the annex units private?
Yes. Each annex studio is fully self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom, offering complete independence.
📅 Availability & Stay Details
4. How do I confirm my dates after booking?
After payment, you will see a message confirming that your payment has been successful. An immediate follow-up message will inform you that your booking is being processed and that the team will revert shortly to confirm your selected dates.

5. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early or late arrangements may be possible upon request.
6. What happens if I cancel my reservation after booking and payment?
Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of booking and form part of your agreement.
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% charge.
Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

The residence is located within Sun City Estate, a secure and gated community in Abuja with controlled access. It is a quiet, well-organised and peaceful residential estate.
The house is gated, has security fencing and an on-site security guard, and all external areas are covered by CCTV cameras.
12. Is the residence well connected to other parts of the city?
Yes. The property benefits from relatively smooth road access to major districts, allowing guests to move around the city conveniently while avoiding the congestion typical of central areas.
The Central Business District is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car, while Maitama, Asokoro, Wuse, and Jabi are typically within 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
13. How far is the residence from the airport?
The airport is approximately 35 minutes away by car depending on traffic, making the residence suitable for both local and international travellers.
14. Is there parking available?
Yes. Secure on-site parking is available for guests.
