We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is detected.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings made through this website are subject to:

• Availability confirmation

• Payment verification

• Acceptance by Leicester Residences

Payments are processed through Paystack, a secure third-party provider. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of service of Paystack.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira. Any currency conversions shown are for guidance only and may vary based on prevailing exchange rates.

All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira. International cards are accepted, subject to your bank’s approval. Your bank will convert the amount to your local currency using its applicable exchange rate.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) exchange rate is typically within the following ranges:

£1 / N1800 - N1,850 (Pounds Sterling)

€1/N1550 - N1,600 (Euros)

$1/N1350 - N1,400 (US Dollar)

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of booking and form part of your agreement.

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% charge.

Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

6. Guest Responsibilities

By making a booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Comply with all house rules

• Respect the property and surrounding environment

You may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the property during your stay.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leicester Residences shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

• Interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (including power, internet, or external services). Our stand-by power generators enable us to provide alternative power supply during a blackout. For other external services, we will liaise with the relevant service provider to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

• Loss of personal belongings. Guests are responsible for securing their personal items during their stay. Kindly ensure safe keeping of your personal belongings. For items of special value, you must inform the Leicester Residences management by email (info@leicesterresidences.com) to enable us arrange for suitable safekeeping.

8. Third-Party Services

This website may include links to third-party platforms (including payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or operations of such external services.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
